Since my fur babies crossed over the rainbow and are now with the fairies I've been eating plenty of soups. Day 3 of my stages of grief all I did was cry, try to be normal when it's all foggy to me, which is normal since she was so much of my life routine,  get up, still maintain my morning routine of skincare and etc. Put on a black dress and cook up my easy rice noodle chicken soup.

Easy Rice Noodle Chicken Soup


List of Ingredients for one


  • -½ tbs sesame oil

  • -1/2 cup of spinach

  • -½ cup of thinly sliced carrots

  • -2 cloves of garlic 

  • -½ cup of julian sliced onions 

  • -1oz of green onion

  • -1cup diced Chicken

  • -1 box of Gourmend Organic Bone


Directions


Directions should always be short and to the point I think, so here it goes!

  1. In your soup pan, start with medium low heat with sesame oil, thinly cut carrots, handful of spinach, juliann onions, garlic and sauté together.

  2. Put in your cut green onions then your protein of your choosing, I went with leftover diced  chicken. Pour the whole box of gourmet organic chicken bone broth.

  3. Let it simmer and let it boil in the meantime, cook  your rice noodle on the side then transfer to the soup pot.

  4. In a large bowl, place your rice noodle in the center of the bowl and pour the rest of the soup

  5. Enjoy
